Bleu Raeders

The Bleu Raeders, formed in 1971.

The Bleu Raeders made DCI in there first year of completion (1972). They were also the first southern corps at DCI.

Trivia Fact: The Bleu Raiders' performance in finals was only the 18th in the corps' history and remains the quickest ascent ever to a DCI finals position.

Merge with Stardusters (1974) / split with Stardusters & reestablished Bleu Raeders name (1975) / merged second time with Stardusters (1981) to become Louisiana Southernairs (name taken from a New Orleans corps from the 50's).
